The property website system is ideal for estate agencies and solicitor firms who sell property.

It allows you to create and maintain an online database of your properties for sale. The database is integrated with your website to showcase the properties and invite interest.

Property database

The database contains a comprehensive information set for each property including :

• Address
• District
• Property type
• Number of bedrooms
• Price/rental
• Photograph images of the property
• etc.

The administrator can create, amend and delete properties. Properties which are not currently available can be marked as 'no show', and will not appear in the website until you want them to be seen.

Properties can be linked to map sites and local portal sites (such as ESPC).

Any number of downloads such as property schedules can be accommodated, and the property status can be modified to show statuses such as 'Under Offer' or 'Available Soon'.

Public site search facility

The property database can be searched from the company's public facing web site. Search criteria is typically a mix of price range, location, number of bedrooms, but we can tailor this to search using almost any of the property information.

Property of the week

A property can be designated Property of the Week and will appear on the public site home page. Clients can be charged a premium advertising fee for this additional promotion.

Content Management

In addition to the property specific administration features, this system is usually configured with content management features so that you can update your own important pages, links and files.
