The system is web-based and is driven by an extremely comprehensive property database, which can contain over 100 pieces of information about each property. Certificate alarms

Whenever you login to the system, you will get a report showing you any certificates that need to be renewed in the next 21 days. This includes Gas, Electricity, PAT and PIR certificates. The new Energy Performance Certificates are also handled by the system.

Lease management

The database doesn't only contain details about the properties. Linked to a property can be details of the leases, past and present for that property. Leases contain information such as reference details, lease term and utility readings.

For each lease, you can see each of the tenants on that lease, with contact details, references etc.
