Blot attended the Future of Web Applications (FOWA) event this month, and very interesting it was. Held at the Sun Microsystems building in Linlithgow, FOWA is an event for the web developer community that looks at what’s happening in the industry and what might happen in the future.

Email has become an essential part of most people’s life, it’s hard to remember what it was like before we had it. Soon we will see that rental properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate, which rates how effective the property’s energy usage is on a scale of A to G, A being the most effective. No doubt you’ve seen similar certificates on refrigerators and freezers.
