Unsolicited messages from the Internet are a fact of life these days. A number of our clients keep getting emails similar to the one below.
Naturally, something like this might draw your interest, but stop and think for a moment:
- This is an automated message. You have not been selected for a particular reason. They have just trawled the Internet and found your site, then sent you an (illegal) unsolicited message.
- They know NOTHING about your website, its Google ranking, you, your business, or the environment you work in.
- Does the person mentioned exist? Maybe, probably not.
- Can they help you? Maybe, probably not in the way you would like.
- Will they really use ethical methods? Who knows.
