Boroughmuir Rugby kicks off!

This month we've completed development of the Boroughmuir Rugby and Community Sports Club website (BRCSC).

The site keeps fans, players, sponsors and public up to date with what's going on at the club.

Of course, this includes all the rugby fixtures, tables and activities. They operate three senior teams and numerous youth and junior teams, so there is always something happening.

In addition to the rugby, BRCSC are actively involved in supporting the local community with activities including fund-raising and volunteering, and also providing facilities for other sporting groups.

They also run social events and can host functions, both corporate and social, in the clubrooms.

It's a friendly place, so if you're looking for a day out, get yourself along to Meggetland

The Web Ahead - and Behind

The Web Ahead is a weekly(ish) podcast about things happening in the web industry.

Hosted by designer, developer, and commentator, Jen Simmons, the programme gets some fantastic names to talk about latest developments and trends.

They've also introduced a retrospective branch (the Web Behind) which looks at some of the early days.

Maybe a bit geeky and technical for some, but some fascinating insights.

Can men dress better?

Do men really hate buying clothes?

Some definitely love buying clothes - just check out the Princes Street clothes shops at lunchtimes!

Others though, clearly can't be bothered with the whole process. For those, here is the Lookcraft website.

Instead of trying to get men to explain what kind of clothes style they like, it helps them choose clothes based on their visual preferences. You are asked to select a series of style preferences, all visual, then the site makes series of product suggestions.

You can then have the clothes delivered free and have seven days to try and buy, or return. Might be how some of us will buy all our clothes in the future!
